Authentication and payments
- We use Auth0 to handle authentication with Google. There is also the option to login using a username and password. Auth0 stores user information for your tenant in a hosted cloud database.
- Handling payments - For taking payments for our Basic, Pro and Agency plans we use Stripe.
- Using Auth0 and Stripe ensures we do not store credit card information or any other sensitive information on our own servers.
Analytics and error reporting
- Analytics - EcoPing uses Plausible analytics; a privacy-first web analytics.
- Error reporting - We use Bugsnag to for error reporting and collect data about your IP address, and details of which version of web browser you used information on how you use the site to help us improve the service
Communication
Update and deletion of information
- You can cancel your subscription anytime through the account page.
- For any changes to your account or to delete your account or specific data you can contact us anytime.
Disclosing your information
- We will not disclose your personal information to any 3rd parties.
- We will only pass on your personal information if we have a legal obligation to do so.
